Our Story
O.P. Pro Productions and Events was founded by Eric and Jerelle after more than two decades of experience in the live events and hospitality industry, supporting everything from general sessions to full-scale stadium productions. We produce events end to end, turnkey activation spaces, or partner with other organizations to manage event logistics.
Our journey began—and continues—with a deep belief in the power of strong relationships. It’s those trusted partnerships that sparked the launch of our company and remain at the core of our success. Today, we proudly collaborate with clients nationwide to bring their boldest event visions to life.
Eric Gordon
With over two decades of experience in live events, conferences, and entertainment, Eric has built a career turning bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. From last-minute branding to full-scale concert productions—and even managing high-octane motorcycle stunts for Paramount—no challenge is too big or too small.
Eric thrives on bringing client visions to life, no matter how outside the box! He is the master of logistics and is always ten steps ahead when it comes to operational management, efficient staffing, safety, security and more.
His portfolio includes standout projects like Red Bull Racing, the SHOT Show After Dark Concert, Milken Institute, Big Sky Montana Concert Series, BXB, and Chase Sapphire Activation, among many others. He is one you want in your corner for any and all events.

Jerelle Gordon
Beginning her career in destination management, she quickly became a driving force behind two major cities’ event strategies—harnessing the powerful economic impact of meetings and conventions. With responsibility for many citywide contracts, she proved her strength lies in seamless collaboration and thoughtful execution.
Her journey then led her to Las Vegas, where she joined one of the world’s largest gaming resorts on the Strip where she excelled at translating a clear understanding of the customer’s vision into robust partnership agreements. Her approach provides a clear execution blueprint, always grounded in trust—the center of her business practice. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in a first-time specialized position leading sales events and property activations for a $4.3 billion dollar resort where her creative and event management skills were celebrated and led her to managing production and events for multiple partners.
